I have now my own tablet (ainol novo 7 crystal) with the latest cyanogenmod I'm a little bit supprised - it's really great for 99€. Okay the body quality is not the best and the display could be brighter - but if you are looking for a remote control and some couch surfing I think it's more than enough.

I have no more connection problems via wlan - but I have still the problems with deleted songs and created files by raspyfi. Pictures are available in this topic.

I'm using raspyfi via lan with my 2.2 android smartphone, I installed MPDroid but the connection is not really stable. If I don't use the app for about 2 minutes the connection gets failed - after a few seconds waiting in app the connection is stable again...sometimes this happened while using the app too. I got the same results with a samsung 4.x tablet. The next problem is that some songs are not able to playback in the playback list after a while - if a delete them from the list and want to add them again to the list, they are deleted completely and I can't add them again.

Now I changed to Droid MPD Client - it works really good I have no connection problems and no problems with deleted files. Okay the UI is not that good looking like MPDroids - but it works.

I'm using a 512mb version of the raspi with the odac and a western digital hdd conntected all to a active usb hub.

Maybe someone else has the same problems ;)
