I have to say what an awesome project. I am a total beginner when it comes to DACs and am super keen to get my stereo pumping. I think it's been suffering from bad input.

I want to build the newest reference DAC so bad. But am not completely confident I can build it. I know Mike said his gf could build it but there are some cables needed as well. I want to have toslink out as well and saw the card below.

Can someone tell me what I need for SPDIF out only and if this card is ok?
Also, is it really that easy to build the newest reference DAC?
Are there any instructions for building the latest reference DAC?
