I'm very new to the Raspi but I had to get one after finding out about RaspyFi.

I can't get anything to happen after writing the image to SD card and attempting to boot. I've followed the simple instructions and done it three times but stil nothing happens. If I try to go to http://raspyfi/ I get nothing, and there is nothing displayed on my screen via HDMI (should I even expect anything?).

To test the hardware I just put Raspbian on the card instead and booted up and that works fine - output on the screen and ethernet connection all working ok, so I don't think I have any hardware issues. I don't have a DAC or external drive attached, only mouse, keyboard, HDMI and 3.5mm audio.

Any ideas? Embarassed
