I read their devel doc (didn't delve into actually, just a quick look) and it seems to me that they address only web sites and mobile apps.
But since there are devices with Deezer client embedded (e.g Sonos or others) I assume that if you enter in some kind of affiliate program I could get access to far useful APIs.

But since Deezer doesn't have a Linux client it's much harder.
Spotify has a Linux client but, according to some reviews Deezer has a better sound quality..
